Marine PLYWOOD - BWP Grade
LAKHARA Marine BWP Grade Plywood can withstand severe climatic conditions. In order to maintain a good quality standard Black Stone, a really good quality of marine ply and other selected hard wood species strict quality control of uniform thickness of veneers and bonded with BWP grade of P.F. resin conforming IS 848 : 1974. Finally it is treated in a vacuum pressure impregnation plant, using specified quality of preservative to render it resistant to marine organisms.

LAKHARA Marine BWP Grade Plywood Maintains the highest standards of quality by using only the best available raw materials. Best quality EUCALYPTUS wood is processed in the plant to make best quality core veneers.

LAKHARA Marine Ply using best quality core bonded with BWP grade of P.F. Resin conforming (IS 848:1947) and treated with imported preservative using specified quality to render it resistant to Marine organisms, saline conditions etc.

Advantages
01

Durability

Small scratches through painted plywood may expose the interior to water. Marine Ply resists all types of climatic conditions. Other plywood may not last long when it is damp.

02

Strength

Marine plywood is stronger and has consistent mechanical properties.

03

Resistant to Warping

This marine plywood resists warping/cracking. Specific stress relieving treatment is also given to check anti-warp properties of plywood, which make them dimensionally stable in both excessive wet and dry condition Durabilitythroughout its life.

Application

All types of furniture for home, Industry, commercial dockyard etc.
