FLEXI PLY
Lakhara Flex Plywood is a range of Flexible plywood that provides unmatched flexibility. It can be molded and bent into any shape without chipping, cracking, peeling, or staining. It can be stained, painted, plastered, or veneered. With a bend radius of 25mm at 6mm thickness, hence making it ideal for tight curvature woodwork.
The Lakhara Flex Plywood is constructed using the finest A grade face veneer that has been seasoned and softened, with layers of hardwood core, treated to resist termite and borer infestations through CCA treatment, and adhering to the IS 848 : 1974 standard with BWP grade P.F. resin.
Lakhara Flex Plywood is the Flexible plywood that doesn’t show any resistance to rolling or bending so can easily be curved and twisted to different shapes without cracking or chipping. The only difference between regular Plywood and Flex Plywood is that in regular plywood layers are pressed perpendicular to each other whereas in Flex Plywood the layers run in the same direction that adds on bending property and unmatched flexibility.
