BLOCK BOARD
LAKHARA BWP Block Board is manufactured with selected and seasoned planks. The planks are treated with preservatives of special quality to resist borer termite and fungi attack and later kiln dried at an technically laid temperature schedule. Blackstone’s drying technology and temperature control parameters are tough to maintain elsewhere and rare in the industry but it superbly helps in getting a balanced and straight planks. With a high MOE and MOR factor LAKHARA boards are very suitable for Indian houses.

LAKHARA boards are available in ICOM and XCOM grade for interior and exterior applications respectively.

ICOM Block board are pressed in hot press under controlled conditions (temperature and pressure) High quality fortified synthetic resins arc used for gluing of veneers.
XCOM Block board
ICOM Block board are pressed in hot press under controlled conditions (temperature and pressure) High quality fortified synthetic resins arc used for gluing of veneers. XCOM Block board are pressed in hot press under controlled conditions (temperature and pressure). High quality phenol formaldehyde resins (conforming to IS: 848 Specification) arc used for gluing veneers. This product is treated with a special type preservatives, which insulate the Block board and make resistance against borers, fungi, termites and other microorganism etc.
LAKHARA Block boards has high mechanical strength, dimensionally stability and are warp free. LAKHARA block board is best suited for load bearing horizontal panel applications. With a history of defect free boards LAKHARA block boards range is ideal to suffice any woodworking requirement.
These battens are systematically arranged and utmost care is taken to avoid any extra gap between the battens. Regular test are conducted to maintain the quality of block boards as per the standards of IS: 1659.

FLUSH DOOR
LAKHARA BWP Flush Door is durable product for its excellent quality, exceptional finish and unique dimensional stability, it is made selected Hardwood and Pinewood frames and accurate battens. It is evenly constructed with same species of timber that matters the most in providing longer life. Stiles, rails and wooden stripes are kiln-season and are treated with eco-friendly preservatives. BWP grade of Phenol Formaldehyde resin is used for bonding the layers. The phenolic resin conforms to IS 848: 1974 specification which is mixed with unique additives to enhance the protection characteristics. LAKHARA BWP Flush Door have extra lock rail that provides sufficient strength to the handles and knobs. Its hardwood and Pinewood frames provide high strength for fitting of hinges and anti-deviation resistance. The complete testing of BWP Flush Door enables the company to render assured strength, safety and peace.
All LAKHARA flush doors are shop-floor tested and conforms to IS: 2202 specification.
